Join Northeastern Post 285 American Legion For 2024

The members of Northeastern Post 285 participates in several programs geared to helping our veteran community and families. Back To School, Halloween. Thanksgiving and Christmas are some of the programs we use to reach out into the community. to help our young people

We have a population of WW!!, Korean, Vietnam. Desert Storm and Afghan members. We have been implementing The Buddy System in order to keep in touch with our senior members. Giving food baskets and cards for the holidays.

This is an annual event spearheaded by the Auxiliary to give clothing and toys to children in the community who may not be able to have a Christmas.  The entire Legion Family, and the community pitches in an donates to this worthy cause.
